A Closed Meeting is intended only for alcoholics and for those with an alcohol problem who have a desire to
stop drinking.
TRADITION 12 states that Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities.

How online meetings work:
Online meetings use the app and/or website Zoom. This can downloaded free from the Apple Store (for iPhones and iPads) and Google Playstore for all other phones
On a laptop or PC the link will simply open in a browser. No app download is necessary
If you have headphones you will find the experience is better for sound and talking.
Normal meeting etiquette applies.
Each meeting should have a secretary and a chair.
Online video meetings work best if the secretary mutes everyone's microphones when they are not actively sharing. This cuts down background noise which can be disruptive to online video calls. The meeting host can also do this to reduce interference noise.
Pass It On style meetings may work best as it cuts down on multiple people trying to speak at the same time. This is a new meeting method for a lot of people, please be patient with each other. Each group can of course decide what is the best format for them. This is all very new and we will be finding our feet for a little while.

To join a meeting - simply click on the link beside the meeting name. This will launch the Zoom app or open in a browser.
